We're new. Here's why that works for you.

Kingpost opened this year. We have no wall of testimonials, no logo bar, no customer count, and no case studies, and we are not going to manufacture any of it. Every review-management company on the internet has a page of five-star quotes. Most of them mean very little and some of them are purchased. Ours would be invented, so there isn't one.

What we can offer instead is a price you can read without a phone call, a guarantee with a mechanism behind it, and a description of the work that is specific enough to be checked. If a long track record is what you need before you spend $399 a month, we are genuinely not the right call yet, and the comparison page will point you somewhere better.

Here is the other side of being new. You get the founder rather than a ticket queue — the person writing replies under your name is the person who answers when you text. We cap how many contractors we take per metro, because this is labour and it does not scale by hiring faster than we can train. What we believe

Four rules we run the business by.

• Work you can inspect. Every review request, every reply, every text-back is logged with a timestamp and shows up in your monthly report. If you want to audit a month, the evidence is already sitting there.
• Promises on a ledger. Every promise we make is recorded — hit or miss, with the timestamp beside it — and printed in your monthly report. And if the first 30 days don't convince you, one text gets your money back. A guarantee you have to argue for is not a guarantee.
• No contracts, because we'd rather earn month thirteen. A twelve-month term is a company protecting itself against its own churn. We would rather find out in month two that we are not good enough and fix it.
• Never filter reviews. Every customer gets asked, the same way, regardless of what we think they will say. Gating reviews by sentiment is illegal under the FTC rule at 16 CFR Part 465 and banned by Google policy, and we would not do it if it were neither.
