NiceJob is the cheapest honest option on this list and it publishes its price, which most of this category will not do. You get automated review requests, a widget, and monitoring for $75 a month, and NiceJob states you are not locked into a contract. What you do not get is anyone writing your replies. If you have a manager who will sit down every Monday and work the queue, NiceJob is a fair choice and we will say so.

Right for: Multi-location operators with a marketing person on staff.
Birdeye has the deepest multi-location tooling in the category — rollup dashboards, location-level permissions, surveys, listings sync. If you run fifteen branches and someone in the office owns reputation as part of their job, that tooling is real and it earns its keep. Two things to read before you sign: the price is not on the website, and their terms require written notice of non-renewal at least 90 days before your renewal date, which on a twelve-month agreement means deciding in month nine.

Signpost publishes its tiers, which we respect, and it is built around an AI receptionist that answers and books calls, with per-minute charges on top of the monthly fee. If your problem is the ringing phone rather than the review wall, it is aimed at you. If your problem is that nobody has answered a Google review since spring, a receptionist product will not fix it, because answering reviews is not what it does.

The terms are the part to read with your reading glasses on: a twelve-month initial term that renews automatically, written notice required at least a month before the end, and no cancelling mid-term.
