What the service is

Kingpost performs reputation work on your behalf: requesting a review from every customer on the job list you send us, writing and posting replies to your public reviews under your business name, sending an automated text back to calls you miss on the number you route to us, maintaining your Google Business Profile, providing a review widget for your website, cleaning up your top-20 directory listings once at the start, and delivering a monthly Trust Report.

We do not guarantee any number of reviews, any rating, any ranking, or any volume of work. Nobody honestly can. What we promise is the three service levels below — and your money back if the first month doesn't earn your trust.

Billing

  • $399 per month, in US dollars, charged to the card on file.
  • The first charge happens on the day your first review requests go out, not the day you sign up. Every later charge falls on the same day of the month.
  • There is no setup fee, onboarding fee, or per-location fee.
  • The agreement is month to month. There is no minimum term and no automatic annual renewal.
  • If we raise the price, clients who are already active keep the rate they started at for as long as their account stays open.

The 30-day money-back guarantee — exact mechanics

If you are not satisfied in your first 30 days of paid service, tell us by text or email within those 30 days and we refund your first month's $399 in full. No reason required, no form, no retention call. The refund goes back to the card you paid with within five business days of your message.

The 30 days start on the day of your first charge — the day your first review requests go out — not the day you sign up. The guarantee applies once per business, to the first month.

Three service levels define the work, in the first month and every month after it:

  • SLA 1 — every customer asked. Every completed job on the list you send us receives a review request, unless the customer has opted out, has already been asked for the same job, or has an open dispute or callback we have been told about.
  • SLA 2 — every review answered within one business day. Every new public review on a profile we manage receives a posted reply within one business day of us seeing it. Reviews you have asked us to hold for your approval stop the clock until you respond.
  • SLA 3 — every missed call texted back. Every unanswered inbound call on the number routed to us receives an automated text back.

Each obligation is written to a ledger when it arises and closed when it is met, with timestamps, and the full ledger for the month is printed in your Trust Report — so when you decide whether the first 30 days earned your trust, you are deciding from a record, not a feeling. After the first month, the agreement stays month to month: if we stop earning it, cancel by text and nothing renews.

Events outside our control — a Google or Yelp outage, a profile suspension we did not cause, a job list you did not send, or a review you asked us to hold and never came back on — are recorded on the ledger as excluded, with the reason, rather than quietly dropped.

Cancelling

Text us or email us and say you want to stop. That is the whole process. There is no notice period, no cancellation form, no offboarding call, and no retention conversation. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and nothing renews after it. We do not prorate a partial month, and we do not charge for one either.

On request we return or delete what we hold for you and remove our access to your profiles. We do not hold your Google Business Profile hostage; it is yours and it always was.

What we need from you

  • Accurate contact details for customers you want us to ask.
  • Manager access to your Google Business Profile and any other profile you want managed.
  • A named person who can approve sensitive replies within a business day.
  • Permission to write and post public replies under your business name.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the customer contact details you send us and for having the right to contact those customers.

Compliance

We ask every customer, in the same way, regardless of expected sentiment. We do not screen, filter, gate, suppress, or incentivise reviews, and we will not do so if you ask us to. Review gating is prohibited by the Federal Trade Commission rule at 16 CFR Part 465 and by Google's own policies. If you want reviews filtered by sentiment, we are the wrong supplier and we will end the engagement.

Liability

Our total liability in any month is limited to the fees you paid us for that month. We are not liable for lost profits or for the actions of the review sites themselves. The 30-day refund is your remedy in the first month; cancelling, which you can do at any time, is your remedy after it.
